Hi, I'm Arlene
I am a naturopathic doctor, international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and birth doula. With a special interest in fertility, postpartum & menopause, I help people gather the tools they need to understand their bodies in each season of life.
I provide health care to make you feel heard and understood. We will support the goals that you want to achieve in the way you want to achieve them. We will always talk about nutrition, stress-management and supplements to help you feel your best.
