Arlene will help to answer those questions and guide you on your journey to optimize success, whether you are trying to conceive naturally or with Assisted Reproductive Techonology (IUI, IVF, ICSI). She will work in conjunction with your fertility doctors to advocate for your best interest.

This includes addressing underlying autoimmune, hormonal or inflammatory conditions which can affect timing of ovulation as well as sperm and egg quality.

-Assessment of current bloodwork to reach optimal ranges of nutrients and hormones

-Recommendation of additional testing for further information

-Dietary and nutrition support 

-Bio-identical hormone therapy

-Acupuncture for thin endometrial lining and pre/post IVF-transfer
